1. Sponsorship Package Details

By purchasing the sponsorship package, you will receive:

  • Logo placement in 4–5 Instagram reels shared on our page during the sponsorship month.

  • A brief description, location, and logo included in all video clues for cash hunt events during your active sponsorship.

  • 1x weekly Instagram Story featuring your business, service, or promotional message (up to 4 per month).

  • Where applicable, a cash hunt location near or at your business premises to drive footfall and brand exposure.

  • Ongoing brand exposure to our local audience, enhancing recognition and visibility.

2. Sponsor Responsibilities

  • You must provide:
    a) a high-quality version of your logo (PNG preferred),
    b) a short business description (max 50 words),
    c) your business address and/or general location, and
    d) any promotional offers you’d like included in the stories.

    e) preferably a shareable video to assist the advert

  • All content must be family-friendly, non-political, and in compliance with Instagram’s community guidelines.

  • You are responsible for ensuring any promotional claims (e.g., discounts, offers) are truthful and up to date.

3. Content Control and Approval

  • We reserve the right to approve, edit, or refuse any content submitted for inclusion in sponsored material.

  • While we will make reasonable efforts to promote your brand positively, creative control remains with us.

  • Final content previews will not be provided unless otherwise agreed.

4. Sponsorship Term

  • Sponsorship duration is one calendar month, starting from the agreed date.

  • Payment must be received in full before the sponsorship period begins.

5. Fees and Payment

  • The fee for the one-month sponsorship package is £50.00

  • Payment is due in advance via the payment methods provided.

  • Sponsorship will not be confirmed and the monthly slot will not be reserved until payment is received.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Sponsorships are non-refundable unless we cancel or are unable to fulfil the agreed promotions.

  • If the Sponsor wishes to cancel early, no refunds or credits will be given.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We make no guarantees regarding increased sales, leads, or customer visits as a result of the sponsorship.

  • We are not responsible for downtime, account suspension, or other platform-related disruptions caused by Instagram.

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the sponsorship.

8. Intellectual Property

  • You grant us permission to use your logo, name, and brand assets solely for the purposes of delivering this sponsorship.

  • You confirm that you have the rights to all materials provided to us.

9. Miscellaneous

  • These terms are subject to change with reasonable notice.

  • This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes will be resolved amicably where possible, or otherwise referred to a local small claims court.
